The Secret Elves are Back!
This is our 8th annual “Cookies with CAP” celebration and our 4th year partnering with a true angel, Shally Zomorodi, to gather our Secret Elves to help local San Diego families in need this holiday season.
Dr. Cap and our team at the CAP Wellness Center have found 50+ families who have endured hardship this past year and need your help to bring a little Holiday magic & joy into their homes.
We hope you will find it in your hearts to share your love & light this Holiday season by choosing a gift for a child in need.
Please read their stories below so you can choose a family member that you would like to help. If you aren’t able to donate a gift this year, we hope you will consider donating your time to be part of our Secret Elf team that deliver gifts to one or more of the families once everything has been collected.

Office Hours
Although office hours may vary, Dr. Capetanakis sees patients in the office on Wednesdays and Fridays. If you call the office outside of office hours, you will reach the voicemail. Please leave a detailed message; as we are diligent, and do our best to return all phone calls by the next business day, if not the same day.
