We are contracted with most major PPO insurance companies. Unfortunately, we are not HMO, AIM, MediCal, or Medicare providers. We do, however, offer cash pricing for patients who still wish to see Dr. Capetanakis, and will work with you to help ensure you receive the care you desire.
Blue Cross “JQ”
If you have a Blue Cross PPO insurance and your member ID begins with the alpha prefix “JQ” and you obtained the plan individually, we are NOT a contracted provider. However, if you obtained your insurance through a small group, we may be able to accept your Blue Cross PPO even though it begins with the alpha prefix “JQ”. Please call your insurance company directly or contact our biller.
Tricare Select
Our Tricare Panel is currently closed to new patients.

Office Hours
Although office hours may vary, Dr. Capetanakis sees patients in the office on Wednesdays and Fridays. If you call the office outside of office hours, you will reach the voicemail. Please leave a detailed message; as we are diligent, and do our best to return all phone calls by the next business day, if not the same day.
